Non-Profit Steps Up to Fill Killer-Asteroid Monitoring Gap

The B612 Foundation aims to build and launch a space telescope dedicated to searching for killer asteroids. The project will be the first privately funded deep space mission and greatly expand the catalog of known near-Earth objects.
